(Dayton, OH) - Last month, De'Lish Cafe owner, Jasmine Brown, introduced Dayton to East Coast private dining team, KitchenCray, for her private birthday brunch.  Next month, KitchenCray and founder Chef JR will back in Dayton for a new event open to the public.

Last month's brunch featured 3 delicious courses of Lobster Mac, Shrimp & Grits and French Toast. I can tell you guests raved about each of Chef JR's take on these classic items. De'Lish also served endless Pomegranate and Classic Mimosas and kept the vibe going all afternoon with Contemporary R&B provided by DJ Gem.

Bubbles, Beats & Brunch will be held at De'Lish Cafe on March 25th & 26th from 11a-1p and 2p-4p respectively and feature 4 courses including:

  • 1st Course - Short Rib Hash with Sunny Up Egg topped with Béarnaise.  
  • 2nd Course - Avocado Toast w/ Buttered Crab Meat topped w/ Pickled Sliced Winter Veggies. 
  • 3rd Course - Chicken Biscuit topped with Sausage Gravy. 
  • 4th Course - Vanilla Rum French Toast topped with House Made Whipped Cream, Fresh Berries and Candied Nuts.
